⚖️ Why we started in Russia
#FEDAT is starting in the sports and legal context of Russia.
This involves working with requirements related to personal data, user identification, digital assets, and sports organizations.
Our workflow is:
pilot in Russia → legal compliance → first verified hypotheses → first athletes.
This does not mean the project can automatically expand to other countries. Each market will require its own legal and product analysis.
But a pilot in a demanding environment can help us build more robust processes.

#FEDAT is not presenting itself as a finished success story.
We have a prototype, documents and a roadmap. What we still need to prove is whether the product is genuinely useful to athletes, schools, clubs and other sports organizations.
During the Pre-Seed stage, we want to show both progress and limitations.

📌 Where does #FEDAT start?
#FEDAT doesn’t start from just one idea.
The project already has documentation, a development roadmap, and a prototype that is being tested.
However, a prototype doesn’t mean the product has proven market demand.
Our next step is to strengthen the team, finalize the architecture, and test the MVP with real users and sports organizations.
This is the stage of moving from an idea and prototype to market validation.

🧩 Why #FEDAT exists
A person's sporting history often gets scattered across different schools, federations, competitions, and records.
When an athlete changes schools or regions, some of the data may be lost. An athlete may have a great career, but not have a reliable digital profile.
With #FEDAT , the goal is to organize that story into a single profile: results, achievements, confirmations, and progress.
It seems simple until you start gathering data from different organizations.
