Day 20. Two-thirds through.

Today I looked at token unlocks again. $RIVER unlocked 37.5% of its supply yesterday. $XPL unlocks 63.2% on the 25th. STBL unlocks 77.8% on the 26th.

I used to see numbers like that and think "huge unlock, price must drop." Now I'm asking different questions. Who receives the tokens? Is the unlock already priced in? Has the price already adjusted in anticipation?

The answers change depending on the token. Some unlocks hit and price barely moves because the market already knew. Some unlocks hit and price drops hard because the recipients immediately sell.

I still can't predict which is which with confidence. But I'm asking the right questions now. That's the difference between reading a calendar and understanding a market.
