ORO recently shared a breakdown of its Avalanche Fluency Campaign. Reading through it made me think about something we don’t discuss enough in Web3: planning for growth before it arrives.
In just 15 days, the platform grew from 8,000 users to more than 273,300.
That kind of growth can easily expose weaknesses if the infrastructure isn’t prepared.
According to the breakdown:
☞ 265,000+ people signed up.
☞ The platform handled more than 37,000 learning completions on its busiest day.
☞ A $100,000 AWS Startup Grant was secured before launch to help support the expected increase in demand.
Those numbers reminded me that scaling isn’t only about attracting users.
It’s also about making sure the product can continue delivering a consistent experience when adoption accelerates.
We often celebrate the results after a campaign succeeds.
