DUSK LEARNING JOURNAL DAY 5 🇺🇬 | Can Privacy Fix Uganda's Cement Problem?

Day 4 I asked why cement is expensive with no factory nearby. Today I checked prices in Kampala.

A bag is 34,000 - 38,000 UGX. In my district it's 40k+ because of transport. A small house needs 200 bags. That's 8M UGX just for cement. No wonder houses take 2-3 years to build.

What does this have to do with $DUSK ?

I learned DUSK is a privacy blockchain for real-world assets. In Uganda, cement supply is not transparent. Middlemen add price, no record.

What if building materials were tokenized on a privacy chain? Supplier can prove delivery without exposing business secrets. Buyer can verify without corruption.

I'm not saying DUSK will build houses tomorrow. But as a Ugandan learning Web3, I see a connection: privacy + real assets = less exploitation.
