Why Bitcoin could smash through $90K sooner than the market expects .
Bitcoin climbed back towards $86,000 on Friday, putting the cryptocurrency within striking distance of the resistance zone that has repeatedly capped its recovery.

Bitcoin is sitting around $84.2K on the 4H chart after pushing through the $82K area with a strong bullish candle. What stands out to me is the structure: BTC formed a higher low around the $80K zone, held above the previous breakout area, and then expanded sharply higher. That is exactly the type of price action buyers want to see before attacking a major resistance level. The chart is also showing a clean recovery from the $75Kโ$76K base, followed by higher highs and higher lows.
The bigger picture is getting interesting too. BTC just closed a weekly candle above its 50-week moving average for the first time in 45 weeks, according to CoinDesk, putting the market back above an important long-term trend level. Earlier in August, CryptoQuant data reported that wallets holding 100+ BTC added roughly 60,000 BTC, while smaller holders were reducing exposure.
