Created just half an hour ago, the topic has already climbed onto Binance Web3’s trending topics list. There’s a new face in the BNB meme coin scene on BSC.

According to Binance Web3’s trending topics list (10-28 14:55), topic #ALOY was created at 14:24. Its main token, ALOY, is up 2,198% over 24 hours, with a market cap of $1.374 million, net inflows of $50,000 over the past hour, and just 612 holders.

Background: The AI summary on the trending topics list only describes it as “a meme token inspired by internet culture,” focused on community and meme interactions. Searches turned up no media coverage, and its origins remain unconfirmed. There are 6 tokens associated with the topic. The other two ALOY tokens on the list have market caps below $5,000—make sure you don’t buy the wrong one.

My take: A market cap of $1.37 million supported by just over 600 holders means the tokens are highly concentrated. One large sell order could send the price crashing. These on-chain meme coins have small market caps, extreme volatility, and could go to zero. I’m just watching, not chasing.

Two things to keep an eye on: whether net inflows can stay above $50,000 over the next hour, and whether the number of holders can break 1,000. When the money stops flowing in, pullbacks are usually swift.
