When I started out in this complex world, I had absolutely no idea what it was or how it worked. But you have to keep up with global changes. Right away, I thought, “This is where I’m going to make money.” The charts were moving incredibly fast, going up and down. I waited for the price to drop so I could, logically, buy low and sell high. I selected $10 and waited. The moment came, and I went long. The price shot up, and I watched my capital grow. I got excited, and by the time I tried to close the trade, I’d already been liquidated. Back then, I didn’t understand volatility or when to enter trades, and I imagined that if the price went up, it wouldn’t come back down—just like in everyday life, where we’re used to thinking that when something goes up in price, it never comes back down.
