· Exclusive to On-site Guests. Event attendees can scan the POAP QR code at Binance meetup (25.05.2022) and Blockchain Week Rome 2022 (27.05.2022 - 28.05.2022)’s on-site events to claim a “Binance in Rome 2022” POAP NFT Mystery Box.

· Binance NFT may announce new utilities for users who hold the “Binance in Rome 2022” POAP NFTs at a later stage, such as being whitelisted for future Initial Game Offering launches and the eligibility to join Subscription Mechanism sales.

· New users have to register for a Binance account during the Binance meetup Rome and Blockchain Week Rome 2022 event. Both new and existing users have to complete KYC during the activity period, in order to list and trade the NFTs on the Binance NFT secondary market.

· The Mystery Boxes can be listed on the Binance NFT secondary market once users have claimed them successfully.

· Each UID is only eligible to claim 1 “Binance in Rome 2022” POAP NFT.

· Users can claim the “Binance in Rome 2022” POAP Mystery Box by scanning the POAP QR code. The claimed Mystery Box can be found via Binance NFT > User Center > Mystery Box.

· The NFT Mystery Boxes for these activities are to be claimed on a first-come first-served basis, with limited quantities available.

"Binance in Rome 2022" NFT Utilities and How to Claim Them:

· Users who successfully claim a “Binance in Rome 2022” POAP NFT can proceed to the Binance booth at the venues to receive a Binance merchandise (if 1st redeem) and can spin the wheel X times (X is based on the rarity of the “Binance in Rome 2022” POAP NFT).

Imperatore POAP NFT (SSR):

· Binancians who successfully claim the Imperatore POAP NFTs need to register their UIDs and NFT Token IDs with the Binance team at the Binance booth to claim a Binance merchandise item (only for the first redeem). The items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

· The Imperatore POAP NFT owner can spin the wheel 3 times.

· Colosseo POAP NFT (SSR):

· Binancians who successfully claim the Colosseo POAP NFTs need to register their UIDs and NFT Token IDs with the Binance team at the Binance booth to claim a Binance merchandise item (only for the first redeem). The items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

· The Colosseo POAP NFT owner can spin the wheel once (1).

Vaticano POAP NFT (SSR):

· Binancians who successfully claim the Vaticano POAP NFTs need to register their UIDs and NFT Token IDs with the Binance team at the Binance booth to claim a Binance merchandise item (only for the first redeem). The items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

· The Vaticano POAP NFT owner can spin the wheel once (1).

Trevi POAP NFT (SSR):

· Binancians who successfully claim the Trevi POAP NFTs need to register their UIDs and NFT Token IDs with the Binance team at the Binance booth to claim a Binance merchandise item (only for the first redeem). The items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

· The Trevi POAP NFT owner can spin the wheel once (1).

Pantheon POAP NFT (SSR):

· The Pantheon POAP NFT owner can spin the wheel once (1).

Notes:

· It is not recommended to share the POAP QR codes to external parties who are not on-site attendees and ticket holders of Blockchain Week Rome 2022 or the Binance Meetup.

· The items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

· In the case that the same ID token (Imperatore, Colosseo,Vaticano,Trevi) has already been used to turn the wheel, the user must prove that they purchased it in the secondary market. If the possession of the NFT was made by receiving it from another user, it cannot be used to spin the wheel again.

· Binance NFT may announce new utilities for users who hold the “Binance in Rome 2022” POAP NFTs at a later stage, such as being whitelisted for future Initial Game Offering launches and the eligibility to join Subscription Mechanism sales. All of the “Binance in Rome 2022” POAP NFTs are hosted on the BNB Chain and are minted exclusively for the events.

· Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior immediately.

· Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be illegally bulk registered accounts.

· Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.

· Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
