Horizen says its ZEN 3.1.0 upgrade is now available

The Horizen team announced in a tweet on Wednesday that its ZEN 3.1.0 upgrade is now available. It added that the software upgrade is mandatory for all exchanges, mining pools, node operators, and full node wallet users. Horizon previously said the upgrade includes a modification to the custom field serialization for sidechain creation transactions and more.
Horizen aims to build a Proof-of-Work (PoW) cryptocurrency, with a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) sidechain platform enabling fully customizable decentralized applications. ZEN, the native token of the Horizen ecosystem, is down by 0.84% in the last 24 hours and is trading at $44.95.
