Adam Aron, CEO of AMC Theatres, announced on Twitter on Thursday that customers could now purchase tickets via the AMC Theatres’ website using Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Dogecoin (DOGE). It was originally reported that AMC would start accepting these two memecoins on March 19th, but they were able to launch the service nine days early.

SHIB is up 0.2% over the last 24 hours and trading at $0.00002278 at the time of press. DOGE is up 0.6% over the last 24 hours and currently trading at $0.1175.
