More than 11,000 teams are now building dApps on the Polygon blockchain

The Polygon team announced via a blog post that there are now 11,400 teams currently building dApps on its network. This is a new record for the Polygon ecosystem, with the number increasing massively over the past few months.

Polygon (previously Matic Network) is the first well-structured, easy-to-use platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. Its core component is Polygon SDK, a modular, flexible framework that supports building multiple types of applications.

MATIC is up by more than 2% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $1.78.
