Popular NFT collection Bored Ape Yacht Club has now crossed over $1 billion in sales, according to data from CryptoSlam.

The milestone was reached in the first few days of the new year, with approximately $55 billion in sales reached in January, amid a wave of buying of the Bored Apes NFTs from celebrities.
