$BTC fell to below $85,000 after testing $87,000 and rejecting it, as a wave of short-covering faded.

All eyes are now on support at $83,600 linked to the Supertrend indicator, a level that may determine the price path in the short term.

Despite downward pressure, spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds in the United States recorded inflows of $999 million.

This divergence between weak price and strong inflows leaves the picture unclear, and it’s not possible to determine whether support will hold.

If the $83,600 level fails to hold, Bitcoin’s losses could widen, while holding above it may open the door to an attempt to reclaim $85,000.

So far, there are no additional confirmations about the direction of the indicators or trading volume, making close monitoring essential.
