The Blockchain National Innovation Center will carry out key blockchain technology research and industrialization, gather international leading talents, and form an innovation network that links global resources, providing strong support for improving my country's technological innovation capabilities in the blockchain field and achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance. Microchip Research Institute is a new type of research and development institution supported by the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. It has taken the lead in developing the country's first autonomous and controllable blockchain software and hardware technology system "Chang'an Chain". In terms of application, "Chang'an Chain" has been applied to a large number of important industries and key areas of the national economy, such as national tax services, trusted digital identity systems, government services, and supply chain finance.
