  • By participating in this Promotion, users unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by and must accept these terms and conditions and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Rewards and Promotions Terms and Conditions; (b) Binance Pay Terms of Use; (c) Binance Terms of Use; and (d) Binance’s Privacy Policy; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.

  • To access Binance Pay, download the latest Binance app or update your app to iOS v2.47.0, Android v2.47.0 or higher.

  • Rewards will be distributed to eligible users on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only eligible winners will be notified by email.

  • An eligible user is defined as a verified Binance user who has successfully registered for a Binance Pay account and transacted at least the equivalent of $10 on MooGold using Binance Pay during the promotion period. Each user will be eligible for only one reward at most (i.e. 1 USDT token coupon).

  • All token coupon rewards will be denominated in USDT. After completing the purchase, eligible users can receive rewards on the payment results page. Users will be able to view their token coupon rewards in Profile > Rewards Hub.

  • Binance reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who shows signs of fraudulent behavior.

  • Binance reserves the right to stop the promotion and/or change the rewards, at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel any rewards if it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that such user or winner has violated any applicable terms and conditions.
