Main Takeaways

  • All registered Binance users who have completed identity verification can start minting on Binance NFT.

  • For those ready to mint on Binance NFT, we’ve outlined a step-by-step guide to the process.

Build, mint, and monetize your creations on Binance NFT, whether you’re an NFT newbie or an aspiring artist.

At Binance NFT, we are committed to ensuring everyone can participate in the Web3 movement — regardless of their background, experience, or knowledge. As Web3 grows and matures, we’re placing the power of creative expression in the hands of our users. Moving forward, all registered Binance users who completed identity verification can start minting their own NFTs on the Binance NFT Marketplace. We welcome NFTs in all shapes and sizes; it can be as simple as your sketchbook doodle or a series of masterpieces. New users can start right away with everyday minting fees, while advanced creators can enjoy full control over their smart contracts

To start minting on Binance NFT, follow our step-by-step guide below.

Step 1: Create an NFT Collection

Start by visiting the User Center and creating an NFT Collection. You can now choose to make one or multiple NFTs. When creating an NFT Collection, you’ll need to set your preferred blockchain network and royalty fee cost. Make sure to double-check the information.

Next, read and agree to the Binance NFT Minting Rules and Terms of Service, then click [Create]. Please note that you cannot change the name, symbol, category, network, and royalty fee once you create the NFT collection.

Setting your wallet address

The wallet address you set during the collection minting stage will become the smart contract owner on the blockchain. You may use this wallet address to claim ownership and collect royalty earnings from DeFi marketplaces.

When creating the collection, you can set the wallet address as the contract owner or skip it.

Step 2: Mint Your NFT

Once you’ve created a collection, you can start minting on Binance NFT. Before starting, ensure you have enough BNB or ETH in your Spot Wallet to cover the minting fee. If it’s your first time creating an NFT, you’ll need to read and accept the Binance NFT Marketplace Terms and Conditions.

Please note: Accounts in violation of Binance risk management policies will not be able to create NFTs. If you are notified of a violation, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

When minting your NFT, you’ll need to include some important details:

  • Name The name of your NFT.

  • Description (Optional): A brief explanation of your NFT.

  • Network: Select the network of your NFT. We have set the default to BNB Chain (former BSC), but you can also use the Ethereum network (ETH).

  • Collection: Select which collection this NFT will be categorized under. You will only see the collections for the network you selected. For example, if you select BNB Smart Chain, you will only see NFT collections on BNB Smart Chain. You may choose the collection you just created or click [+ Add a new Collection] to create a new one.

  • Properties: Select the properties for your NFT. You can click [Add More] to add up to 100 properties for your NFT.

Read and agree to the Binance NFT minting rules and click [Create]. Please wait patiently while our automatic verification system reviews your NFT. To receive timely updates on your NFT, enable the minting status notification from [User Center] - [Settings] - [Notification].

Once the NFT is minted, you can choose to list or not list the NFT. Listed NFTs will be showcased on the Binance NFT marketplace.

How do I access my collection?

To access your minted collections, visit User Profile, then press [Created]. If you want to view your other NFTs, you can press [Collected]

Minting For All

Minting is an essential, if not the most important, tool for NFT creators. Previously, only approved NFT creators could use our minting feature. Unfortunately, this left out a large portion of our community.

By unlocking minting to all registered users, we’re opening the doors to Binance NFT and the larger Web3 ecosystem. We will continue to drive innovation on our platform while lowering the barriers of entry for new users to take their first step into the world of NFTs!
