What Is Binance Pay Crypto Box Giveaway and How to Participate

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Binance Pay Crypto Box Giveaway campaign organized by Binance Pay. By participating in or playing the Binance Pay Crypto Box Giveaway campaign, you (“you” or “User”) agree unconditionally and irrevocably to be bound by, and shall be deemed to accept, these terms and conditions, and the following additional terms : (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions (https://www.binance.com/en/pp-terms); (b) Binance Pay Terms of Use (https://pay.binance.com/en/terms); (c) Binance Terms of Use (https://www.binance.com/en/terms); and (d) Binance Privacy Policy (https://www.binance.com/en/privacy); all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not access, participate in or play the Binance Pay Crypto Box Giveaway campaign.  For the avoidance of doubt, capitalized terms used and not defined herein have the same meaning as given to such terms in the Binance Terms of Use.

1.2  In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these terms and conditions, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Campaign Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Pay Terms of Use; (c) Binance Terms of Use; and (d) Binance Privacy Policy.

1.3 The rights and protections afforded to Binance under these terms and conditions are in addition and supplemental to the rights and protections afforded to Binance under all the other incorporated terms and conditions mentioned in paragraph 1.1 above (including, without limitation, the Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions).

2.1 A User must also satisfy the following criteria to be eligible to participate in the Binance Pay Crypto Box Giveaway campaign: (a) User must be a natural person; and (b) User must have passed all Binance and Binance Pay account registration and identity verification/KYC checks (which may include, without limitation, the provision of full name and other required information in accordance with the ID card or passport), and successfully register for Binance and Binance Pay accounts.

2.2 For clarity, this campaign is open to new and existing users of the Binance Pay application. All rewards and prizes given away as part of this campaign will be by way of vouchers, redeemable from the user’s Binance Pay account.

2.3 Products and services referred here may not be available in your region*.

3.1 You must claim the crypto box on the campaign page (available on the Binance Pay platform) to confirm your participation in this activity. Afterwards, you will receive a Crypto Box reward. This Crypto Box reward can be of a value up to 10 BUSD.

3.2 You will receive an additional reward if you are a new Binance Pay user, and who had successfully registered for a Binance account during the campaign period stated on the campaign landing page. This reward is only eligible for new Binance users who claimed the Crypto Box from the Binance Pay Crypto Box Giveaway campaign page and have not completed a transaction via Binance Pay before claiming the Crypto Box reward.

3.3 Crypto Box rewards are limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Binance reserves the rights to stop the event and/or change the prize upon Binance’s sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Binance also reserves the right to cancel any prize(s) if it determines in its sole and absolute discretion, that such user or winner has breached any applicable terms and conditions.

3.4 Users are, under no circumstances, permitted to: 

(I) Create or use cheats, mods and/or hacks, or any other third-party software products that may change the result of the Binance Pay Crypto Box Giveaway campaign; 

(II) Use software that allows the mining of data or otherwise intercepts or collects information in connection with the Binance Pay Crypto Box Giveaway campaign; and

(III) sell, buy or trade user accounts or impersonate any other individual in connection with user accounts, and the foregoing shall include all circumventions, similar actions or actions that produce an effect that matches the aforementioned prohibitions.
