Task directory and yesterday’s final-draft format confirmed 【Commander’s Live Trading Log · Morning Post | 10.23】False breakout confirmed! Fell below 83,400 and returned to the range; wait for confirmation before mounting a defensive counterattack Spot price update (Binance Spot, 08:09): BTC 81,275 (24h -3.57%); ETH 2,385 (-3.87%); ETH/BTC 0.02935. ETH is following BTC down, with no relative strength. Overnight U.S. market recap: AI anxiety returned, and tech stocks were battered. Nasdaq fell 2.60% to 26,009; S&P 500 fell 1.21% to 7,663, its biggest one-day drop since July; Dow Jones edged up 0.02% to 52,868. Semiconductors plunged; Meta fell 7%, SpaceX fell 9%, giving back the previous day’s gains, and Tesla fell 3%. Money moved into defensive sectors, while the 10-year Treasury yield plunged to around 4.95%. Crypto markets retreated in sync: BTC slid from 84,377 to 80,939, retreating more than 4% from its high; ETH fell from 2,482 to 2,360. Yesterday’s scenario—“a drop back below 83,400 = false breakout”—played out, and the stop-out discipline after a breakdown took effect. Market assessment: The early reversal thesis has been invalidated, and price has returned to the lower half of the broad 79,800–83,400 range. Short-term oversold conditions call for a technical bounce, but a bounce is not a reversal: until price reclaims 82,600, treat every rally as a weak rebound. Today’s overall plan: Defend and counterattack; don’t chase shorts or buy the dip. Reduce positions on a low-volume rebound to 81,650–82,240. If price retests 80,940–80,680 and stabilizes, consider a small long position for a rebound; below 80,000, look to the range floor at 79,800. Reclaiming 82,600 would ease pressure; only above 83,400 can we talk about recovery. Keep positions small; with the weekend and event week ahead, stay lightly positioned through the weekend. BTC key levels: Resistance: 81,650–81,760 → 82,100–82,240 → 82,600–82,640 → 83,100–83,400; support: 81,200 → 80,940 → 80,680–80,810 → 80,000 → 79,800. ETH key levels: Resistance: 2,400–2,430 → 2,445–2,450 → 2,482; support: 2,360 → 2,330 → 2,318. ETH/BTC is weakening, underperforming BTC. Event calendar: 21:30 tonight, U.S. stock market opens (watch whether the Nasdaq can find support at 26,000); 21:45, preliminary U.S. October PMI; 22:00, final University of Michigan consumer sentiment reading. Fed blackout period; FOMC on 10-27/28 (decision at dawn on the 29th Beijing time); U.S. GDP + PCE on 10-29. Risk factor: Middle East tensions pushing oil prices higher. Three iron rules: 1. This is only a personal live trading log, not investment advice; you are responsible for your own gains and losses. 2. Every trade must have a hard stop-loss. 3. Never hold on to a losing position—stay alive to fight another day. Motto: Don’t hold through a breakdown, don’t chase a rebound, re-enter only after stabilization. #BTC #ETH #实盘记录 #早帖

【European Session Update | 10.22】False breakout confirmed: the 83,100 exit line has been triggered. There’s no shame in staying flat and watching from the sidelines. Price snapshot (Binance spot, 16:04): BTC 82,131 (24h -1.21%); ETH 2,422 (-1.39%); ETH/BTC 0.0295, also moving lower. Let’s review this morning’s plan point by point: 1. Invalidated: “A retest of 84,000/83,700 holding = breakout confirmed” did not hold up. The hourly candle fell below 83,400 at 10 a.m. In the European session this afternoon, buyers didn’t step in; instead, five consecutive red candles drove price down from 82,925 to 82,100, breaking the 83,100 exit line from the morning post as well. I’m withdrawing the initial reversal call and treating this as a range-bound market again. 2. Confirmed: The morning post’s false-breakout scenario played out in full: “Reduce exposure below 83,400; exit and protect capital if 83,100 breaks.” Anyone who followed the plan is now either holding a small position or flat, watching from the sidelines. The midday post’s “absolutely do not chase longs in the middle of the range” also saved us from another hit. Looking back, that 84,898 wick in the early hours was the top of this rebound. 3. Revised: Back to full defense. Three support levels below: 82,000 (the second checkpoint from the midday post, now being tested in the European session), 81,600 (the lower edge of the old range), and the round-number level at 80,000. No dip-buying before the U.S. session: only consider re-entering if 82,000 holds and the Nasdaq stabilizes at 21:30. A decisive break below 82,000 puts 81,600 in view; below 81,600, look to 80,000. Tonight at 21:30 is the first full trading day after Tesla and Meta report earnings; risk appetite will take its cue from U.S. stocks. ETH is moving in sync: it has fallen through the morning post’s support levels at 2,440 and 2,425, and is now hovering near the floor at 2,422, with 2,400 and 2,388 below. ETH/BTC is holding around 0.0295—not leading the decline, but don’t try to catch a falling knife either. 24h: BTC -1.21%, ETH -1.39%. Keep positions light ahead of the FOMC (10-27/28), and keep following the Nasdaq’s lead tonight. Three hard rules: 1. This is only a record of my personal live trades, not investment advice; you are responsible for your own gains and losses. 2. Every trade must have a hard stop-loss. 3. Never hold and hope—staying alive means you can fight another day. Motto: Don’t chase breakouts; buy retests with conviction; exit immediately on a false breakout. #BTC #ETH #实盘记录 #欧盘

[Commander-in-Chief Live Trading Log · Morning Post | 10.22] Breakout delivered; in the early reversal phase, a pullback to 84,000 will show whether it’s real Price update (Binance spot, 08:04): BTC 84,235 (24h +1.52%); ETH 2,478 (+1.26%); ETH/BTC 0.02942. BTC is leading, with ETH following. Overnight US session recap: All three major US stock indexes closed higher: Dow +0.69% to 52,856, S&P 500 +0.58% to 7,757, and Nasdaq +1.05% to 26,703. SpaceX earnings sent AI trading higher, with the stock up nearly 8%; Netflix fell 5%. After-hours movers diverged: Meta posted record revenue of 64 billion, issued better-than-expected guidance, and announced a 2-for-1 stock split, rising 2% after hours. Tesla beat expectations on both EPS at 0.48 and cash flow at 1.53 billion, yet fell 3.3% after hours in a “sell the news” reaction. Crypto also pushed higher: BTC broke above its previous high of 83,440 on heavy volume during the US session, surging to 84,898 for its highest level since 10-07, then held on an early-morning pullback to 84,060–84,180. ETH climbed to 2,527 and held 2,470. Yesterday’s “break 83,440, target 84,000” scenario played out in full. Market assessment: upgraded—from recovery to the early stage of a reversal. All breakout conditions have been met, but 84,900–85,650 is a dense supply zone from late September to early October, making it difficult to clear in one go. Today’s key focus is the pullback: holding above 84,000/83,700 confirms the breakout; falling back below 83,400 signals a false breakout and a return to range-trading assumptions. Overall plan for today: Don’t chase highs; prioritize buying pullbacks. Look for a steady hold in the 84,000–83,700 area to buy. A high-volume break above 84,900 opens the way to 85,000–85,650. Reduce positions if price falls below 83,400; exit defensively if it breaks 83,100. Keep positions moderate—don’t go all in during earnings digestion and a busy week of events. BTC key levels: Resistance 84,900 → 85,000 → 85,270–85,650; support 84,000–84,100 → 83,700 → 83,400–83,440 → 83,100. 【Chief Trader’s Live Trading Log】10.21 Evening Plan | Pre-U.S. Market Open Scenarios 📊 Price Snapshot (Binance spot, 19:50) · BTC ≈ 83,150 (24h +2.1%), intraday range 81,200–83,500 · ETH ≈ 2,465 (24h +2.9%), intraday range 2,375–2,472 · Macro: The Fed is in its blackout period, with no official speeches tonight. The next FOMC meeting is 10/27–28. Rates were just raised in September to 3.75%–4.00%, and the minutes leaned hawkish. Tonight = pure technicals + correlation with U.S. stocks. Don’t scare yourself unnecessarily. I. Pre-U.S. Market Open Scenarios (21:30) Low volume during the Asian session, with price holding below the intraday high of 83,500; bulls are surrounding the level but not attacking. Two scenarios for tonight: Scenario A (offensive): The U.S. session brings higher volume and holds above 83,500 → the round-number level of 84,000 → 85,000. If the pullback holds above 83,000, stay long. Scenario B (defensive): A false breakout to the upside, followed by a pullback below 82,500 → close all intraday long positions; don’t flip short. Wait for the previous low of 81,200 before deciding what comes next. ETH in sync: 2,472 (intraday high) is the bull/bear dividing line; 2,400 is the lifeline. II. Limit Orders / Stop-Loss Setup BTC (all stop losses capped at -0.6% of principal): · Breakout long 83,600 | Stop loss 83,100 | Targets 84,000 / 85,000; take profit in batches · Buy the pullback ① 82,800 | Stop loss 82,300 | Targets 83,500 / 84,000 · Buy a deeper dip ② 81,500 | Stop loss 81,000 | Target 82,500 (place only after Scenario B takes effect) ETH (higher volatility; widen stop losses to -1%): · Breakout long 2,480 | Stop loss 2,455 | Targets 2,520 / 2,550 · Buy the pullback 2,420 | Stop loss 2,398 | Targets 2,472 / 2,500 · Buy a deeper dip 2,380 | Stop loss 2,355 | Target 2,450

· Macro: The Fed is in its blackout period, with no official speeches tonight. The next FOMC meeting is 10/27–28. Rates were just raised in September to 3.75%–4.00%, and the minutes leaned hawkish. Tonight = pure technicals + correlation with U.S. stocks. Don’t scare yourself unnecessarily.

I. Pre-U.S. Market Open Scenarios (21:30)
Low volume during the Asian session, with price holding below the intraday high of 83,500; bulls are surrounding the level but not attacking. Two scenarios for tonight:
Scenario A (offensive): The U.S. session brings higher volume and holds above 83,500 → the round-number level of 84,000 → 85,000.

II. Limit Orders / Stop-Loss Setup
BTC (all stop losses capped at -0.6% of principal):
· Breakout long 83,600 | Stop loss 83,100 | Targets 84,000 / 85,000; take profit in batches
· Buy the pullback ① 82,800 | Stop loss 82,300 | Targets 83,500 / 84,000
· Buy a deeper dip ② 81,500 | Stop loss 81,000 | Target 82,500 (place only after Scenario B takes effect)
ETH (higher volatility; widen stop losses to -1%):
· Breakout long 2,480 | Stop loss 2,455 | Targets 2,520 / 2,550
· Buy the pullback 2,420 | Stop loss 2,398 | Targets 2,472 / 2,500
· Buy a deeper dip 2,380 | Stop loss 2,355 | Target 2,450

【European Session Update | 10.21】False breakdown confirmed; BTC reclaims the top of its old range Last night’s scenario: After breaking below 81,600, hold the two steps at 80,000 and 79,700; a decisive break below 80,000 would open the way to 78,000. Here are three points from the live market: 1. Confirmed: Bears stalled at 81,197 last night and didn’t even reach 80,100. Neither support level was breached, and the 80,000 line held. 2. Invalidated: At 22:00, during the U.S. session, heavy volume drove price from 81,496 to 83,184 in one hour (+2.1%). Funds in today’s European session followed through without pushing it back down. BTC is now at 83,071 (+2.02% over 24h), reclaiming 81,600—the breakdown yesterday was a bear trap, a false breakdown. If you reduced your position under your breakdown rules, there’s no shame in buying back after the level is reclaimed. 3. Revised outlook: Back in its old 81,600–83,100 range, price is now near the upper boundary. A hold above 83,100 puts 84,000 in view; if it fails to hold, continue selling near the top and buying near the bottom of the range, with pullback support at 82,300 and 81,600. ETH also reclaimed 2,388 and is now at 2,452 (+2.96% over 24h). ETH/BTC has edged up to 0.0295. Resistance is at 2,475 and 2,550 (the 50-day moving average), with support at 2,400. Last night’s rally was driven by real buying during the U.S. session. The European session held those gains instead of selling them back, suggesting the handover of positions was successful. But don’t chase longs before a high-volume breakout above the range ceiling. Watch the Nasdaq at 21:30 tonight. With earnings announcements in full swing and the FOMC meeting on the 28th, keep position sizes below the mid-range. Three hard rules: 1. This is solely a record of my personal live trading and is not investment advice; you are responsible for your own profits and losses. 2. Every trade must have a hard stop-loss. 3. Never hold on to a losing position—staying alive means you can fight another day. Motto: Don’t chase rallies, don’t get attached to breakdowns, discipline first. #BTC #ETH #实盘记录 #欧盘

【Midday Update|10.21】The breakdown scenario isn’t over: reclaimed 81,600, now facing another test of 83,100 this morning No 08:00 update this morning, so this post goes straight through last night’s revised European-session plan, point by point: 1. Confirmed: We didn’t try to catch a falling knife after the breakdown; discipline held. Last night’s low was 81,198, never even touching the first 80,100 step, and the key 80,000 level held. “A confirmed break below 80,000 opens the way to 78,000” was not triggered, so the 78,000 card stays in the drawer. 2. Invalidated: Last night’s European-session call for a “lowered range of 80,000–81,600” is void. After the US session opened at 21:30, funds pushed prices straight back up. The high reached 83,323 at 22:00, reclaiming 81,600. The actual trading range is back to 81,600–83,100, matching the range in the day-before-yesterday morning post. 3. Still undecided: Resistance at 83,100. Last night’s 83,323 and this morning’s 83,143 were two tests and two rejections within 24 hours; neither held. The old rule—“only look to 84,000 after holding above 83,100”—still applies. Reclaiming 81,600 once doesn’t mean a reversal; don’t chase the rebound. ETH in sync: Last night’s European-session call that “2,388 has broken, with 2,350/2,300 next” was invalidated. ETH reclaimed 2,388 and is now at 2,444, right at resistance at 2,443; the morning high was 2,462. ETH/BTC is at 0.0296, turning up for the first time after a string of declines, but it has only just reached resistance, so the view is unchanged: prioritize reducing exposure on weak rebounds. What to watch at 3 p.m.: 1. Whether funds in the European session at 16:00 accept positions above 82,000; 2. Whether the third test of 83,100 holds—only then talk about 84,000; 3. Follow the Nasdaq’s lead when US stocks open at 21:30 tonight. Tesla and Meta earnings after the close, and the FOMC on the 28th: with events packed in, the rule to keep positions below the light-to-medium range remains unchanged. 24h: BTC +0.82%, ETH +1.37%. ETH is showing slight relative strength, but has yet to establish market leadership. Overnight U.S. session recap: U.S. stocks were led by the Dow, up +1.02%; the S&P 500 gained +0.28%, while the Nasdaq closed flat at -0.02%. Capital rotated toward value stocks, while tech lagged. Crypto strengthened in tandem: after breaking below 81,600 and dipping to 81,200 during yesterday’s European session, prices climbed in stages from 21:30 in the U.S. session. At 22:00, a surge in volume pushed BTC to 83,439, a new rebound high. It retested 82,100–82,200 in the early hours and held, then climbed back above 83,000 in the Asian morning. 【European Session Update | 10.20】The bottom of the range has broken—follow the plan Morning post scenario: sell high and buy low within the 81,600–83,100 range. Three points compared with live market action: 1. Invalidation: The lower boundary at 81,600 has broken. BTC is now at 81,303, with an intraday low of 81,132. The breakdown condition has been triggered: reduce positions below 81,600 and protect 80,000. Type 1 if you followed the plan. 2. Confirmation: Yesterday, BTC turned down after touching 83,072, right at the 83,100 resistance zone. “Only look for 84,000 after it holds” was on point. Don’t chase the rebound. 3. Adjustment: The range has shifted down to 80,000–81,600. 80,100 and 79,700 are the last two steps for the bulls; a decisive break below 80,000 opens the way to 78,000. ETH is weakening too: 2,388 has broken, and it’s now at 2,382. ETH/BTC is at 0.0293. Next downside levels are 2,350 and 2,300. The priority remains reducing positions on weak rebounds. European session inflows brought a high-volume breakdown, not a recovery. Don’t try to catch a falling knife mid-move. Keep position sizing below the light-to-moderate range. Watch the Nasdaq at 21:30 tonight. Earnings are packed this week, with the FOMC on the 28th as well, so the rule remains: don’t go all in. Three hard rules: 1. 1.

This is only a record of my personal live trading and is not investment advice; you are responsible for your own profits and losses. 2. Every trade must have a hard stop-loss. 3. Never hold on to a losing position—stay alive to fight another day. Mantra: Don’t chase rebounds, don’t cling to broken support, discipline comes first.

If it breaks, stand aside; if it holds, do nothing. The hard rules remain unchanged: set stop-losses before take-profits, don’t chase highs or buy the dip, and don’t trade outside the plan.

【19:30 European Session Update】 #BTC has continued to weaken after peaking at 83158 and pulling back. At 19:28, it was trading around 82240. The intraday support zone at 82350–82400 has been breached, so the wait-and-see approach is canceled and we’ll shift to a defensive assessment. Revised plan: ① 83100–83200 is confirmed as strong resistance. No going long until price reclaims this zone. ② 82350–82400 has turned from support into resistance. If price rebounds but fails to reclaim it, the bearish outlook is confirmed. Don’t enter early. ③ Below, watch 81600 (the 24-hour opening price), then 81100. Reassess whether to enter when price reaches those levels; don’t try to catch a falling knife. Rules: ① Use strict stop-losses. Keep each trade’s loss within the limit; exit immediately if support breaks. ② Don’t chase rallies or sell into sharp declines, and don’t open positions in the middle of the range. ③ Manage position size first; don’t increase leverage based on emotion.$ETH {future}(ETHUSDT)

【ZEC Hunting】A 2800% surge—has the scythe been raised at the edge of the cliff?
ZEC breaks through $1697 to set a new all-time high. Many people only see the 2800% gain—I see you standing on the edge of a cliff.
🚨 Three facts you must not ignore:
1. The “sword hanging overhead” of a giant whale—200,000 coins
Garett Jin from the giant whale reportedly covered a $36.13 million loss to close his short position. But he still holds about 200,000 ZEC (1% of the total supply). Jiang Zhuo'er blasted it as “clearly exchange/whale-manipulated coin—I’m not in.” Wang Chun classified it as a “story coin.” At $1697, do you think he’s pulling the price up—or distributing?
2. A “ghost” in cryptography
Orchard pool lay dormant with a vulnerability from four years ago. Theoretically, it allows infinite forgery of ZEC and cannot be detected on-chain. It has been fixed, but it’s impossible to disprove whether it was ever exploited.
3. An ecosystem scam that’s ruthlessly harvesting
The Zcash Foundation itself posted to debunk ZRC-20 and $CASH. A zkSNARKs NFT project raised $17 million, and it was publicly accused of a rug pull by on-chain investigator ZachXBT.
💡 The commander’s three risk-control iron rules:
① Per trade ≤ 5% of total funds
② Don’t chase longs at new highs
③ Only trade ZEC—never touch any ecosystem tokens.
The above is only personal notes and does not constitute investment advice. Crypto markets are extremely volatile—strictly adhere to risk control.
Knowing who you’re playing a game with is more important than knowing how high the price goes.
Tonight at 21:00, I’ll sync my risk-control plan in the chat room. Comment and “check in” with the phrase “stay alive.”
Commander, salute.
