According to Foresight News, Ethereum staking protocol EigenLayer has announced a reduction in the minimum staking requirement for EigenDA operators from 320 ETH to 96 ETH. The move is aimed at lowering the entry barrier for EigenDA, allowing more new operators to participate in the EigenDA AVS verification service.
Previously reported by Foresight News, EigenDA, developed by Eigen Labs, serves as an Active Verification Service (AVS). It is designed to assist other blockchain protocols in storing transaction data and other information.
