With something this serious happening at Binance, Musk still had the mood to joke about it. 😂
It started when Musk dug up one of SBF’s classic quotes from back in the day: “FTX has enough funds to cover all customer assets.” Then he replied with a rather suggestive emoji.
To everyone’s surprise, cousin CZ jumped right in:
“Elon, I have great respect for you, but now isn’t the time to joke. Our SpaceX shares are now worth over $1 billion. I hope you can show a little support.”
After that, I bet Musk was taken aback for a moment. 😂

Even more interestingly, He Yi joined the conversation too:
“Reporting to our major shareholder: our company’s annual revenue is enough to cover the losses, so there’s no need to sell the SpaceX shares you’re bullish on just yet.”
Cousin CZ quickly clarified:
“I never said I was going to sell SPCX. I was just showing him some funds he might know about, to put his mind at ease.”
Then, a few hours later, he added:
“Typo. I didn’t say anything about selling…”
Hahaha, through this back-and-forth, cousin CZ and He Yi seem to work together pretty seamlessly.
While everyone else is passionately discussing the situation, these few are still able to interact so casually from afar.
Jokes aside, though, the questions about the funds that everyone truly cares about will ultimately have to be answered with facts and data.
All I can say is, these folks really do have nerves of steel. 😂 @CZ @Yi He
