After the sharp flush to 4,076, price built higher lows and broke out of the 4,135-4,142 range with strong momentum.
Base case (~55%): retest of 4,135-4,145, then a push to 4,170-4,182 Bull case (~25%): a close above 4,182 opens 4,200-4,215 Bear case (~20%): a close back below 4,135 sends price toward 4,105-4,110
🕓 4H: still in a downtrend
The 4H chart shows lower highs from ~4,490, and 4,281 has flipped from support to resistance. Price is now ranging between 4,076 and 4,190.
Base case (~45%): rejection at the 4,185-4,222 supply zone, then back to ranging Bull case (~25%): a 4H close above 4,222 targets a retest of 4,281 Bear case (~30%): a 4H close below 4,076 targets 3,995
🎯 My read: the 30m breakout is a bounce inside a bigger 4H range. The 4,185-4,222 zone is the one to watch. I’d rather wait for the retest than chase the move up here.
