The crypto market recorded a total of USD 154 million in liquidations across all exchanges over the past 24 hours, according to CoinGlass data released on October 6.

Of the total liquidation value, long positions accounted for USD 76.568 million, while short positions accounted for USD 77.5298 million. Liquidation values on both sides were nearly equal.

BTC saw USD 36.6848 million in liquidations, while ETH saw USD 18.7919 million. The largest single liquidation was valued at USD 5.8048 million and occurred on the HYPERLIQUID-XYZ:SP500-USD pair.
