An absurd misheard phrase meme somehow has to be painted onto a real rocket.

Cinematic Storm/Fantasy Wind today officially announced a custom rocket body livery for a launch-bound carrier rocket. From a distance, it reads "Chinese people can fly" in five characters. Up close, every pixel looks like a real netizen’s face.

Submissions open on 9/21 and close on 10/12. Those selected can receive a special digital “rocket-launch entry” badge/card. The rocket is from Blue Arrow Aerospace’s Zhuque-2.

The key is: this isn’t the first time they’ve “taken people to the sky.” Back in 2023, they spent over 3 million RMB to custom-build a satellite that broadcasted the wishes of more than 5,000 fans into space—14 million views on Bilibili, and Tim himself said it was the team’s best work. A top creator with 40 million+ fans across platforms—once they personally jump in and drive a topic, the scale of reach doesn’t even need calculating.

So now this narrative is three things colliding: a brainwashing meme (with built-in virality) + hard aerospace tech (positive energy, staying within the lines) + a top-tier influencer continuously feeding material (the next three weeks of submissions, selections, and the launch itself are all scheduled as content beats). The meme will eventually cool off, but the launch milestone is a real timetable.
