I’m watching NEWT the same way I watch every new protocol that promises to repair the parts everyone else ignored. I’ve seen this before. The story usually begins with better infrastructure and ends with another layer nobody checks until pressure arrives. I focus on where things break, because that is where crypto reveals its real design. Secure rollups, AI coordination, and autonomous finance sound reasonable on paper, but paper has never carried market stress. The harder question is whether verification stays honest when incentives begin to drift and automation starts making decisions nobody fully follows. Most systems fail quietly long before users notice. Distribution weakens, governance becomes performative, and security slowly turns into an assumption instead of a process. That is the part I keep returning to. Newton Protocol seems to recognize some of these fractures instead of pretending they do not exist, and that is more interesting than another polished narrative. Still, recognizing a problem is different from surviving it. Every cycle creates projects that look necessary until the market discovers they were only filling temporary gaps. For now, I keep watching without rushing to decide what this really becomes.@NewtonProtocol #newt $NEWT
