According to on-chain data, the Ethereum Foundation address received 1,700 $ETH from the Safe multi-signature wallet 0xbC9a9 about 30 minutes ago, and exchanged these $ETH for nearly 2.74 million $USDC through Uniswap. Subsequently, the multi-signature address sent another 490,000 $USDC to the Ethereum Foundation.
