Caduceus, an underlying infrastructure company that integrates blockchain and edge computing technology, is building the world's first easy-to-use 3D Metaverse platform to provide computing power and rendering resources to Metaverse manufacturers. The platform will include multiple functions such as P2P communication and IPFS storage, aiming to revolutionize many fields such as travel, education, social networking, film and television, games and entertainment.

Caduceus has a diverse team with members whose backgrounds cover blockchain, DeFi, software development, finance, retail, music, art, media and entertainment and other fields. At the recently concluded "EDGE Summit" Hong Kong summit, BlockBeats had an in-depth conversation with Giulio Pezzulli, Caduceus's dApp development director, to further explore the current development status of Caduceus and its insights into the industry.

Giulio said that the technical innovation of Caduceus is to combine geographical rendering with the virtual world, realized through nodes and other elements. He also said that Caduceus aims to develop into a blockchain with extremely high transaction volumes per second. Currently, the company is undergoing development and testing work and has achieved a processing capacity of approximately 30,000 transactions per second, with the goal of increasing this to 100,000 transactions per second.

When talking about the relationship between AI and blockchain, Giulio believes that artificial intelligence and blockchain are destined to work together. He said that Caduceus simplifies this process and reduces it to a lower level, allowing developers to directly obtain a resource and then perform any operation they want on it.

Finally, Giulio said that Caduceus loves the Asian market and hopes to have as many developers on their chain as possible to achieve vibrant communication and generate widespread interest.
