$AKE TRIANGLES: The Spiral Before the Move The price compresses into an increasingly narrow range. Pressure builds until the pattern breaks.
THREE TRIANGLES:
๐ขSYMMETRICAL The highs fall and the lows rise, forming a spiral until a point. Neutral by itself. Usually breaks in the direction of the previous trend. Bias: Continuation
๐ขASCENDING A flat top with rising lows. Buyers keep pressing the same resistance until it gives way. Usually breaks upward. Bias: Bullish
$G ๐ดDESCENDING A flat bottom with falling highs. Sellers keep pressing the same support until it is broken. Usually breaks downward. Bias: Bearish
HOW TO TRADE: THE THREE LEVELS:
โช๏ธENTRY: Enter on the break of a trendline, confirmed by a close and increasing volume.
โช๏ธSTOP: Place the stop inside the triangle, beyond the broken trendline.
โช๏ธTARGET: Measure the widest part of the triangle and project it from the breakout.
AVOID THE TRAP OF EARLY ENTRY: Donโt trade before the break. Triangles often close falsely near the apex. Wait for a clean close beyond the trendline.
