I’ve made my peace with missing out on a few green candles. What I’m not okay with, however, is buying into manufactured hype only to be left holding the bag.
Let’s be real: $ROBO is following a very familiar playbook. It’s designed to make you feel like you’re falling behind if you aren't clicking "buy" right now. The FOMO isn't an accident; it’s a strategy. When CreatorPad launches, volume spikes, feeds get flooded, and suddenly, you feel like the only person not invited to the party.
But looking back at the last four years, the projects that actually changed the game—the Solanas and Ethereums of the world—never relied on a ticking clock. They didn't need a leaderboard or a rewards program to attract developers. They built something useful, and people showed up because they wanted to be there.
My simple test for ROBO is this: Who is still here after March 20th?
Once the rewards dry up and the leaderboard is gone, will anyone still care? If the tech actually solves a problem, people will stay. If they don't, then we have our answer.
The bottom line: If this is a real project, I haven't "missed out" on anything by waiting to see if it survives the hype cycle. Genuine value doesn't expire in a week.
