Medical Properties Trust договорилась о рефинансировании на $2.4 млрд. Основной долг при этом должен сократиться лишь примерно на $123 млн — до $9.5 млрд.
Компания получает больше времени и меньше давления от ближайших погашений. Но сам долг почти никуда не исчезает.
Для рынка это важный сигнал: капитал всё ещё готов продлевать риск, если видит шанс на восстановление.
Но «получить время» и «стать устойчивее» — не одно и то же.
