Clarification and Disclaimer

To make this clear to everyone, I have been involved in the cryptocurrency market for more than five years. During this time, I participated in discussions on a livestream in good faith, with the aim of sharing information and experience with traders.

Unfortunately, I later discovered things and practices that made me suspect that followers were being exploited and personal interests were being pursued at their expense.

I want to state this clearly:

We would like to bring to your attention concerning practices by some livestream hosts on the Binance platform, where viewers are encouraged to enter dozens of trades within a single hour, without clear technical analysis, price targets, stop-loss levels, or even an explanation of the risks associated with these trades.
The main practices we are asking you to investigate are as follows:
1. Directing viewers to enter an excessive number of trades within very short periods of time.
2. Providing recommendations without clear profit targets or specific stop-loss levels.
3. Encouraging viewers to open and close trades repeatedly without sufficient analytical justification.
4. Raising concerns about the possibility that high trading volumes are being exploited to generate gains from trading commissions or referral and reward programs.
5. Exposing traders, particularly beginners, to repeated financial risks without educating them about the fundamentals of capital management.
The essential question here is: Is the purpose of these livestreams to provide useful educational and analytical content, or to increase the number of transactions executed in order to generate returns tied to viewers’ activity?
We emphasize that we do not object to trading or providing recommendations. Rather, we object to any practice that may exploit viewers’ trust for financial gain.
