1⃣️Have a single currency as a reserve asset, be hosted and meet audit requirements;
2⃣️The issuer must maintain minimum basic capital and liquidity to reduce the risk of bankruptcy and wind down the business in an orderly manner when necessary;
3⃣ Redemption at face value: The issuer must return the face value of the mortgage currency to the holder within five working days after the redemption request;
4⃣️ Issuers must provide appropriate disclosures to users, including information about the collateral currency value stabilization mechanism, holder rights, and reserve asset audit results.
