Is it starting to drop? Institutions quietly take profit on Bitcoin! Where is the target for this pullback?
1. On the Bitcoin level, the positives have essentially been realized. This round of market movement was driven by expectations of a U.S.-China meeting; once the visit to the U.S. is carried out, the good news is effectively “all used up,” and whales have already taken profit and exited the market. After the pullback, where can you buy the dip? 2. The key to watch is 83,000. The 82,000–83,000 range is the former W-bottom neckline; after a breakout, it will most likely pull back to confirm before moving higher again. Another support is at 80,000—consider placing long orders in batches. BTC has surged by 20,000 points this round, so be prepared for a potentially deeper pullback. 3. Ethereum: Strong support at 2,535, and a minor short-term support at 2,640. Whether for a short-term rebound or a long-term position, you can focus on these levels.

Recap of yesterday: BTC surged to around 87,247 and met resistance. Triggered by news-related disturbances, selling pressure came in, and it slid all the way down to a low near 83,450. Ethereum followed in sync, dropping from 2,787 to 2,633. After the rapid sell-off, it hit support and saw funds step in. We’re now entering a consolidation and repair phase. Overall view: On the hourly timeframe, bearish momentum has weakened, but it hasn’t flipped to a strong bullish trend. For BTC, near-term support is at 83,450–82,500–81,300, with resistance at 85,400–86,000. For Ethereum, support is at 2,633–2,620–2,605, with resistance at 2,720–2,750–2,791. Personal Agent Entry Point Battle Escalates ⚠️⚠️⚠️
The AI assistant space is shifting from “chatting and Q&A” to “doing work for you” in an all-out move. A key battle for user workflow entry points has already begun. After more than a month of launch for SpaceX AI’s Grok Bot, and Meta’s Muse taking the top spot on the App Store, OpenAI has been labeled a “chaser” and is urgently preparing—aiming to release its personal Agent product code-named “Aeon” as soon as this week to respond to pressure from two sides. Grok Bot has reached 418,000 weekly active users as of September 14, up 24% from the previous week. Meta Muse climbed to No. 2 on the U.S. App Store’s free chart within two days of being released, and by September 22 it had claimed the top spot, pushing ChatGPT out of the way.

We don’t know what the market in the future will face, so we become greedy, fearful, tense, excited, at a loss for what to do, and end up trading wildly, etc...

📊 Crypto Market · September 23, 2026 $BNB 🧧 After this week’s early strong surge, the market is still holding at elevated levels. BTC is currently around $86.5K–87K, ETH around $2.7K–2.8K, XRP around $1.62, and SOL around $118.
But what’s truly worth paying attention to now isn’t just the price.
🔥 The forces driving the market
1️⃣ ETF fund flows are once again the core
U.S. spot ETFs continue to see inflows. On September 21, daily net inflows into Bitcoin spot ETFs were nearly $1 billion, and institutional demand remains an important support for this leg of the rally.
As of September 22, fund flows for ETFs tied to BTC, ETH, SOL, and XRP are still active, though some funds’ final data is still being updated.
2️⃣ Short squeezes further amplify the uptrend
During BTC’s move above $85K, large amounts of short positions were liquidated.
When shorts begin to be forced to close, the market receives additional upside fuel—price acceleration is no longer relying entirely on new buy pressure.
3️⃣ ZEC suddenly becomes a focal point
$ZEC ~ $1,600+
Today, Zcash surged by around 10% at one point, leading the gains of most major crypto assets.
The reasons include a new compliant Zcash ETP in Europe, renewed attention to the privacy track, and strong technical momentum.
On September 21, the first European Zcash exchange-traded product under 21Shares officially began trading.
This sends a noteworthy signal:
Capital is starting to look not only for BTC, but for more strong sectors with independent narratives.
4️⃣ Binance → Circle
Binance invested $100 million into Circle.
Circle is the issuer of USDC.
This deal further strengthens the partnership between Binance and USDC, and again highlights the importance of stablecoins as key infrastructure in the crypto market.
5️⃣ Strategy continues to accumulate BTC
Strategy again purchased 950 BTC, totaling about $75.7 million, with an average price around $79,670.
The total amount of BTC the company currently holds has reached 846,000 BTC.
In other words:
Institutional-level BTC buying has not disappeared.
🧩 Altcoin performance
$XRP ~ $1.62
Up about 6% over the past 24 hours, with trading volume clearly expanding. On September 22, XRP’s daily trading volume at one point reached about $7.4 billion.
$SOL ~ $118
Continuing to rise in line with the overall Risk-on行情.
🧧🧧🧧 In the short term, it’s luck; in the long run, it’s belief. Fluctuations in the moment—up or down—are just market volatility. What truly goes the distance is never chasing a fleeting windfall. Instead, it’s a group of people holding on to the same original intention, accumulating value, and building trustworthiness.
$DOGE Million is hard to buy back with a golden price; due to rate-hike negative news affecting the sentiment, the market plummeted. I think it’s an opportunity to take back the spot that was sold out at high levels, then open a 0.5x leverage position and hold onto it!
Today’s Crypto Market Update: Strong PMI Data Sends Bitcoin Back Down, but Institutional Resolve Remains
According to the latest market news, during September 23–24, unexpectedly strong U.S. PMI data boosted expectations that the Federal Reserve will keep tightening policy for longer. Combined with uncertainties such as developments in U.S.–Iran relations, both U.S. stocks and cryptocurrencies faced downward pressure in tandem. Bitcoin briefly fell below $85,000, with a roughly 2% drop over 24 hours. It is currently trading around $84,000. Earlier, in the prior week, it had rebounded strongly from the lows—up more than 14%—and even reached a range around $87,000, while the total market capitalization also returned above $3 trillion.
Meanwhile, an institutional survey shows that among 15 major investors, none reduced holdings during the roughly 50% drawdown from late 2025 to April 2026; some even added positions, indicating that the long-term allocation thesis has not wavered.
My view: A short-term pullback is normal. When macro data turns stronger and rate expectations change, risk assets are often sold first—and cryptocurrencies are even more sensitive. However, this move—rebounding from above $70,000 to nearly $87,000—has been supported by continued ETF inflows, stable institutional holdings, and tangible cooperation such as Binance’s $100 million investment in Circle. This suggests the market is no longer driven purely by speculation.
What’s really worth watching isn’t how much it fell today, but the “ability to hold through a 50% retracement without leaving” shown by institutions. As long as macro conditions don’t deteriorate completely, this kind of dip may actually serve as fuel for further upside. Personally, I remain bullish on Bitcoin’s institutionalization in the medium to long term. For now, short-term volatility can be seen as market “washing”—don’t be scared into getting off the train.
(These are my personal opinions only and do not constitute investment advice. The market carries risk; enter with caution.)
The Clarity Act was rejected, but the SEC opened an even bigger door for Bitcoin? Just last Wednesday, after Congress flat-out rejected Clarity, the SEC suddenly made a move and rolled out a five-year “innovation exemption,” allowing eligible platforms to truly move U.S. exchange-listed stocks like Apple and Nvidia onto the blockchain for trading—including dividends and voting rights. In other words, whether the Clarity Act passes or not doesn’t matter. I’ll just treat it as if it passed—because the SEC says so! Look at this—this is official, national-level backing, and the market has already answered immediately: Bitcoin is back above $80,000, rising more than 5% at one point during the day. Crypto-related stocks rebounded in sync. Add the recent positive developments from a U.S.-China meeting, and the trend immediately starts to reverse. Bitcoin then quickly tests the major double-top resistance again around $82,000. What’s even more interesting is that before the SEC’s announcement, the always-stubborn JPMorgan quietly flipped its stance. It said: Bitcoin ETFs are currently still weighed down by a whole bunch of shorts and hedging positions. Once those positions ease and begin to unwind, Bitcoin’s upside momentum could even be more ferocious than gold. So the situation right now is this: Congressional legislation can’t get through for the time being, so the SEC and CFTC will push forward using their regulatory authority instead—and the end result is the same! On top of that, Clairty will also review the decision again in a few months. By then, the crypto market will definitely catch another wave of heat—could we be talking about a 10,000-point surge?
