After Binance reopened withdrawals, within just over a day, around $5 billion had been withdrawn from Binance, accounting for about 4% of the more than $127 billion still on the exchange. This shows that Binance has adequately compensated its users, and that over 95% of them still have faith in the exchange.

I think Mr. Bằng (CZ) and the whales will soon pump coins to heat up the market and attract more users back, rather than dump coins and throw the market into chaos, driving more users away from crypto.
