$CT |Breaking through the 0.4 level
Before looking at fund flows, understand the key price levels.
Previous highs and lows are the most commonly used reference points. Whether the price failed to rise further or found support at a particular level in the past can influence buying and selling when it reaches that level again.
When the price repeatedly moves across a key level, traders on both sides can easily get shaken out. Until the direction becomes clear, keeping positions small is often the safer approach.
Sizing your position based on where you place your stop-loss is much more reliable than trading on instinct.
