Watch the money, not the words:
“Gains and losses among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap today: PYTH rose 13.30%, while STRK fell 23.25%.”
After news breaks, I ask three questions about money:
1. Which way are active buys and sells tilted?
2. Can trading volume for $PYTH (24-hour volume: $14.13 million) continue to grow?
3. Have large holders made any unusual transfers to exchanges?
Only when all three point in the same direction has the news been validated by the flow of funds; otherwise, it’s probably just noise.
Look at the data, not just the narrative, and you can avoid a lot of pitfalls.
