Yesterday I said prices always fall whenever there’s a meeting. Sure enough, it plunged straight to 82,706. It’s now fluctuating around 83,000, having reached the lower edge of the range. The rebound has been modest, so we can’t yet say the decline has stopped.
Only if it recovers 83,800 and holds above it can we say this downturn has eased for now. If it breaks below 82,500 again, we’ll need to reassess 82,000 and 80,000!
Wait patiently for a sign that the decline has stopped, then charge in with me and buy the dip!
