$BTC rising by nearly 2% in 24 hours. Binance’s liquidation data once again warns of the opposite.

Binance just stated that both $BTC , $ETH and $ZEC have a long-liquidation zone with densely concentrated orders right below the current price. Many people are buying up with leverage, and their automated stop-loss orders are stacked in layers just a short distance from where price is now.

$BTC is trading around $86,180, previously touched $87,395, then fell to $84,130 within a single day. $ETH is holding above $2,749, with the daily range also over 3%.

Meanwhile, $ZEC is the most volatile: from a peak of $1,572 it dropped straight to $1,443, losing nearly 9% in just a few hours, before rebounding to around $1,504.

There hasn’t been a chain liquidation yet, but the thick long order zone below is a familiar trap: the price only needs to pull back a bit more in the next move to trigger a whole set, causing the drop to happen faster than it otherwise should.

If you’re holding leveraged longs in these three coins—especially $ZEC —you might want to ask whether your order is sitting in that zone.

What to watch today: whether the price breaks the 24-hour low of each coin.
