Today MUBARAK got #1 on the gainers list, and the numbers are very eye-catching. But what I keep focusing on is that last night’s stretch of sideways trading that was almost devoid of drama.

After the first round of the push, it didn’t immediately fall back to the starting point. Instead, it spent about ten-plus hours working around the 0.043 to 0.045 area. This afternoon, the second wave only lifted the price to around 0.06. This sequence is more interesting than just looking at the percentage gain: at least so far, the money hasn’t just surged and then dispersed right away—it truly left time in between for digestion.

The trouble is here too. The price has already approached the high point of this round. If you guess higher from here, it’s easy—but what’s really hard to answer is the next pullback. If it drops back quickly into last night’s range box, the so-called “second launch” may just be an extended stretch of volatility. Only if it can stay above 0.05 will I continue to treat it as a strong structure.
