Now from a technical perspective: a volume-backed breakout. The medium-term technicals do seem to have turned bullish, but in the short term the RSI is overbought → a pullback is possible.
In the past 24h, liquidations were 746 million, with short liquidations of 647 million. A short squeeze is pressuring and pushing price up;
The concern is that 65,000 BTC from short-term holders has been transferred to exchanges, and profit-takers are selling.
Two dense supply/transaction zones overhead: 84,000–85,000 and 90,000–92,000. When price reaches these areas, a pullback and washout is likely.
Strategy: don’t chase; wait for the pullback to confirm support before entering in batches.
Of course, there’s one worry: if this is a bull trap after a rate hike… then that would be way too nasty!
