⚠️ $SPX — CORRECTION OR CONTINUATION? YOU NEED THE STRATEGY CLEAR
After the strong rebound that $SPX saw, the price starts showing signs that could anticipate a corrective move. 👀
On H1, it’s once again touching a trend line that’s been forming.
But watch out…
Here are several things we can’t ignore:
🟡 H1 trend line.
🟡 Rejection within an H1 imbalance.
🟡 A support zone that increasingly seems to be gaining strength.
My personal take is that $SPX is already in an area where it should begin looking for a correction.
But there are two scenarios on the table:
🟢 Bullish continuation:
The support holds and the price regains momentum.
🔴 Correction:
The support finally gives way, the structure breaks, and we could look for a deeper correction—especially if the larger H4 structure ends up being lost.
That’s why, if you don’t have much experience reading price and managing this kind of situation, I wouldn’t rush.
⏳ I’d wait for a break and multiple closes that confirm the direction before entering.
This is precisely the kind of pattern that can make you enter too early.
🎯 My strategy: keep it under close watch and wait for the price to tell me which of the two scenarios it wants to develop.
I don’t need to guess.
I need confirmation.
👀 Do you think $SPX will break the support to start a correction, or will the support push the price higher again?
