$ETH rose 2501 dollars; in just 24 hours it only climbed 1.77%, yet the trading volume was still crushed to $1.188 billion. Behind the 4.51 million trades, the average per trade was just $263. Retail traders are going head-to-head, and things are highly fragmented. In the same period, SOL surged 6.5% to hit $101, tightly following the leader on the chart. Compared with BTC, there’s a big gap: trading volume is only 45% of the leader’s, the growth rate is even less than half, and it didn’t fully follow through on the rally—its intraday pace is a notch slower. Only when it holds above $2520 can we say the real “catch-up” rally has truly started; if it falls below $2470, it will slip back into the $2400 range of consolidation.
