Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) released its latest quarterly financial report, disclosing the company’s holdings of cryptocurrency assets. As of June 30, the company held 9,477.16 bitcoins on its books, with a fair value of approximately $557.1 million. Compared with data from the end of March, its BTC holdings decreased slightly by 65 coins.
Due to downward pressure in cryptocurrency market prices, the company’s digital-asset-related business recorded a loss of $360.6 million in the first half of the year.
In addition, the number of Cronos (CRO) tokens the company holds—756.1 million—did not change, but the fair value of those assets fell from $68.0 million at the end of 2025 to $40.6 million.
What the market should be wary of is that a significant portion of DJT’s bitcoins has already been used for collateralized financing. Of its 4,260.73 BTC, some was pledged as collateral for convertible note instruments, while 2,077.34 BTC was used for a bitcoin options strategy. With a large amount of coins pledged as collateral, once the market experiences a deep pullback, the risk of liquidation cascades cannot be ignored.
Market commentary: They say they’re embracing Bitcoin, but in reality they’ve pledged large amounts of BTC to borrow money. This isn’t a long-term “Bitcoin hoarding” belief at all—it’s treating Bitcoin as chips to play a high-leverage game. Once the coin price suffers a brutal drop, and the collateral positions get breached, it’s not just DJT that will face a major crisis—there’s even a possibility it could directly drag down the entire Bitcoin market. When that happens, everyone in the crypto community may end up paying the bill. #bnb #TRUMP
V God is betting big on the future! Ethereum’s latest roadmap revealed: fully embracing “post-quantum” and “AI,” as ETH ushers in an epic defense upgrade!
Just now, Ethereum’s founder Vitalik Buterin (V God) unveiled a major technical blueprint capable of reshaping the entire Web3 world!
In a recent report by the authoritative encryption media outlet Decrypt, V God clearly stated that Ethereum is placing its technological future bets on “post-quantum security (Quantum Security)” and “artificial intelligence (AI).” If you hold ETH in your portfolio, this is absolutely the most core long-term narrative you must understand this year! Here’s a deep breakdown of three hardcore “wealth codes” in Ethereum’s latest roadmap: 🔥 1. The Sword of Damocles: a full shift toward “post-quantum security”
US-Iran peace talks stuck in a stalemate, oil prices surge more than 5%, semiconductor index falls nearly 3%, and optical communication concept stocks plunge
On August 11, US President Trump on Monday responded to the peace-protocol conditions proposed by Iran, demanding compensation from Iran for those who died in war, attacks, and protest activities. His remarks may complicate efforts to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Meanwhile, Iranian officials reiterated their compensation demands, directly linking the issue to reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
Prospects for US-Iran negotiations have deteriorated again, and talks to reopen the Strait of Hormuz have fallen into a stalemate, driving a sharp rebound in international oil prices. According to Bitget data, on Monday, WTI crude oil futures once again rose above $82 per barrel, up more than 5% intraday. Brent crude broke through $87 per barrel and recorded a four-session increase. The rapid rise in energy prices has once again heightened market concerns about inflation and potential interest-rate hikes by the Federal Reserve this year, and US Treasury yields moved higher across the board.
According to BIT (bit.com) market data, US stocks closed lower on Monday. The Dow fell 0.1%, the S&P 500 declined 0.06%, and the Nasdaq fell 0.32%. The semiconductor sector came under pressure, with the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index down 2.94%. Nvidia-related financing plans have become another important factor weighing on tech stocks. Reports said Nvidia has teamed up with Wall Street giants to plan $500 billion in AI infrastructure financing. Some investors worry such arrangements could form a “circular financing” structure and cast doubt on the authenticity of AI demand.
Semiconductor shares broadly fell: Arm dropped 5.21%, Marvell Technology (MRVL) fell 4.65%, Intel (INTC) declined 4.06%, Qualcomm (QCOM) dropped 3.39%, and Applied Materials (AMAT) fell 3.16%. Nvidia (NVDA) and AMD both fell 2.86%.
Optical communication concept stocks led the declines. Coherent (COHR) fell 14.26%, Lumentum (LITE) dropped 8.61%, Ciena (CIEN) fell 5.98%, Astera Labs (ALAB) declined 5.07%, Corning (GLW) fell 4.78%, and Credo (CRDO) dropped 3.98%.
Storage-sector performance diverged: SanDisk (SNDK) rose 2.12% and Western Digital (WDC) gained 0.93%; Micron Technology (MU) fell 1.89%, Seagate Technology (STX) dropped 1.45%, and SK hynix (SKHY) declined 1.90%.
💥 Distinguish between controllable and uncontrollable: Policies, the market overall, and external environment are uncontrollable; your own position, mindset, cognition, sleep schedule, and learning ability are controllable—focus only on what you can govern.
