But it’s important to understand: this is not a guaranteed reversal and not "the rocket has already launched." The price hasn't broken through a strong resistance zone yet, so right now the market is more like testing buyer interest.

$0.030 — must hold
$0.035 — needs to break for a strong signal
$0.040 — the first nice target if momentum appears
