Odaily Planet Daily reports that a Bitcoin miner who mined independently through CKPool successfully mined block #943,411 on Thursday, receiving a reward of approximately 3.139 BTC (including block subsidy and transaction fees), which is roughly equivalent to 210,000 USD at current prices. Statistics show that independent mining remains a low-probability event. In the past 12 months, independent mining pools have only mined 20 blocks, totaling about 62.96 BTC, averaging a 'win' every 18.7 days, with the longest interval reaching 58 days, the last record being on February 28.
At the time of this block generation, mining competition continues to intensify. The Bitcoin network's difficulty has seen its largest reduction since February (approximately -7.7%), followed by a recovery of about 3.87% within 24 hours, reflecting a temporary weakening of hash power and briefly increasing miners' probability of block generation.
