07 dropout, the short selling point for STO has arrived!
I just researched the market data and the dealer's positions and organized a complete short selling plan for my brothers to refer to:
First Level: Direct Short (Aggressive)
This position is near the current price and is also a technical resistance zone. Enter directly short, set the stop loss above 0.18
· Target: 0.12 → 0.11
Second Level: Short around 0.18 (Conservative)
If the first level hit the stop loss, don’t rush, wait for the 0.18 position. This is the previous high resistance level and also a potential second entry point for the dealer.
· Entry: Around 0.18
· Stop Loss: 0.19
· Target: 0.15 → 0.12
1. The liquidity difference is too large; position management is 5% with 5 times leverage.
2. There are now a bunch of people in the square shouting to go long on STO, saying "short squeeze continues" "buy on pullback", which indicates that the bullish sentiment is high. But the more this happens, the more careful you need to be of the dealer flipping the market.
3. Always carry a stop loss; don’t be stubborn like I was before with SIREN holding positions.
My plan: First, place a short position around 0.18, with a small position size, stop loss at 0.2. If it gets hit, wait for the weekly resistance level.
