Long-term trend

The time to confirm our previous video views has finally come. We see that today's daily chart has drawn a big negative line again and hit a new low. This trend is undoubtedly very consistent with our expectations. Since Bitcoin hit the price of 48,200, I have always emphasized that the price will fall to 41,130 to test the support of the bull-bear line. With the realization of this expectation, we have now come to the key node where we need to judge the future market trend. Next, we need to focus on whether the bull-bear line can be broken by the daily closing. Once the bull-bear line is lost, Bitcoin's next decline target will directly look at $36,200.

Medium-term trend

After a few days of sideways consolidation, we can see that a large negative line directly broke through the 42044 support on the medium-term chart, and directly closed through the 41130 bull-bear line, and was accompanied by obvious short-selling characteristics, which is undoubtedly a heavy blow to the bulls. As for the outlook of the medium-term trend, we all know that the large negative line with a large volume appears in the trend, which expresses the meaning of bearish relay, and the next K line is the opening of the broken pregnancy line, which indicates that the probability of continuing to fall after the adjustment is higher.

Short-term trend

We patiently waited and waited until this structure was formed and broke through. Those who are familiar with my trading ideas should know that the price breaking below the lower edge is the start signal of the market acceleration and a good time to enter the short position. I also posted a graphic reminder on X as soon as possible. Due to the rapid decline in prices and the strong support of the bull-bear line, we can see that the short-term has stopped falling and started to pull back. Therefore, there is a need to sort out the previous decline during the day. If a small-level structure can appear again, it will undoubtedly give short-term operation opportunities again. We just need to continue to wait.
