Timothy Stebbing, a developer at Dogecoin and a member of the Dogecoin Foundation, revealed on social media that multiple cryptocurrency exchanges have alerted the Foundation about issues with the Dogecoin network. These exchanges, whose identities have not been revealed, reported that the Dogecoin network is stuttering/unresponsive.

The technical issue is primarily due to 'Inscriptions' clogging the Dogecoin network, causing it to function sub-optimally. Developers and board members are currently brainstorming solutions to resolve these issues.

However, Stebbing stressed that, as a decentralized project, any optimization measures need to undergo community discussion before implementation. This approach aligns with the principles of community input and consensus within the decentralization ethos.
