- Lawyers object to the prosecutor's request for FTX customers and investors to testify about how they believed the cryptocurrency exchange would handle assets.
- They also want to block the testimony of a former FTX user - an unnamed Ukrainian citizen - using "live two-way video" partly based on Article 6 of the Constitution.
