Bitcoin (BTC) is eyeing $28,500 as October kicks off with a bullish start. Despite a cool monthly candle close at $26,970, BTC price action remains strong in the first US trading session. However, popular trader Rekt Capital advises caution, as anything up to $29,400 could theoretically end as an upside wick. Meanwhile, the US dollar is also eager to hit new local highs after Congress avoided a government shutdown, with the dollar index (DXY) rebounding sharply. Despite the DXY strength, Bitcoin remains unfazed.
