Jio IPO Creates Buzz in Crypto Market 🚀 Reliance Jio Platforms is attracting attention ahead of its IPO, as crypto traders are already betting on its possible market value through a pre-IPO contract on Bitget. The contract traded near $12, suggesting an estimated valuation of around $110 billion. Meanwhile, the official IPO pricing points to a valuation of approximately $106 billion. How Does It Work? These crypto contracts let traders speculate on a company's price before its shares are publicly listed. However, buying a Jio pre-IPO contract does not mean owning actual Jio shares or receiving dividends. The IPO aims to raise around $3.6 billion, potentially making it India's largest IPO. What Should Traders Know? Pre-IPO contracts can be highly risky because prices may change quickly if the IPO is delayed, repriced, or cancelled. Leverage can also increase potential losses. Conclusion: Jio's upcoming IPO highlights how crypto platforms are bringing traditional financial markets into the crypto space. However, traders should understand the risks before entering these contracts. #JioIPO #CryptoMarket #Bitget #IPO

The moment I opened my eyes this morning, my phone was flooded with a message: Anthropic could publicly file its S-1 as soon as today, aiming for the biggest IPO in human history. Let’s start with the numbers: $16.3 billion in revenue in the first half of the year, but net losses of more than $80 billion — making plenty, but losing even more. It’s targeting a $2 trillion valuation and plans to raise $100 billion in one go, more than SpaceX’s offering this June. The surreal part? Some investors have already marked down the valuation to $1.5 trillion. South Korea’s Elice plunged 32% on its first day of trading, while neighboring Firmus Grid simply put its listing on hold. Its old rival OpenAI is even more cunning, pushing its IPO back to 2027 — making it clear it doesn’t want to be the first to have its financials grilled in public. The comments section is open: A: All in on the AI era — the biggest IPO in history deserves nothing less than champagne. B: This is a sign the bubble is peaking; whoever takes on a $2 trillion valuation will be left holding the bag. Which side are you on? $BTC $ETH $SOL #Anthropic #IPO #AI

Came across this on Yahoo Finance: sources say Anthropic could publicly file its IPO S-1 as early as this Friday. A roadshow around November would only be on the table after completing the public disclosure process. The offering’s scale is being compared with SpaceX’s, making it one of the biggest IPO tests of this AI cycle. The financials are also starting to come out: revenue was about $16.3 billion in the first half, with net losses exceeding $80 billion (most of that from non-cash items); third-quarter revenue was about $16.8 billion, and the company has told investors it is profitable on an adjusted basis. Valuation rumors are still hovering in the $1.5–2 trillion range. Anthropic has yet to confirm a timeline. With bond markets and valuations in the AI sector looking tight these days, if it does open the books, it will still depend on whether the market is receptive. #AI #IPO #Anthropic

Countdown to the biggest IPO in history? Anthropic could publicly file its S-1 as soon as Friday According to Yahoo Finance, citing three people familiar with the matter, Anthropic could publicly file its S-1 prospectus as soon as Friday, October 23, paving the way for a November listing. The market expects it to raise up to around $100 billion at a valuation of about $2 trillion (as previously reported by Reuters), potentially surpassing SpaceX’s June IPO. A leaked draft shows first-half revenue of $16.3 billion and a net loss of $80.7 billion (including about $72 billion in valuation-related accounting expenses, such as those for convertible debt). The FT says Q3 revenue rose to $16.8 billion. The draft lists over $600 billion in long-term computing capacity contracts, including $111 billion with Google, $110 billion with Amazon, and $31 billion with Microsoft. The backdrop is turning chilly: Nasdaq 100 futures fell nearly 2% today (CoinDesk), BTC dropped below $82,000, and about $250 million in long positions were liquidated. South Korean data center company Elice fell 32% on its first day of trading. 【View】This IPO is a “health check” for the AI bubble debate. Growth is indeed rapid, but the $600 billion in computing commitments show that most of the money is flowing to cloud and chip companies. If the details in the S-1 exceed expectations, risk appetite for AI could recover; if the market is unimpressed or the filing is delayed, AI stocks and other high-beta assets could be dragged down. 【Opportunities/Risks】 1. Watch whether the filing really happens on Friday. The NY Post says it could also be pushed to next week or shelved; 2. Greater visibility into computing revenue could benefit Google and Amazon; 3. A mega-IPO could drain liquidity, increasing near-term volatility in AI-themed stocks and AI tokens; 4. For BTC, first watch whether it can reclaim the $82,000 level. A break below it would mean sentiment remains weak. Do you think a $2 trillion valuation is the peak for AI, or the starting point for the next rally? #Anthropic #AI #IPO #美股 $BTC $TAO For reference only; this is not investment advice

Institutions scrambled to get in on this IPO, but its shares fell by a third on the first day of trading. Today, South Korea’s KOSDAQ saw the year’s biggest IPO: AI infrastructure company Elice Group went public. The setup: The offering price was set at 90,500 won, right at the top of the bookbuilding range. Institutional demand was 388.84 times the shares available, while retail demand was 408.26 times. More than 10 trillion won in subscription deposits poured in—making it South Korea’s hottest IPO of the year. What happened: But the stock opened at just 75,700 won, down 16.4%, then slid to an intraday low of 61,000 won, at one point approaching a 33% loss. Its market capitalization shrank from a pre-IPO valuation of 1 trillion won to around 700 billion won. Why it matters: Elice started out as an AI education platform and now focuses on GPU data centers and AI cloud services. Its pricing was finalized on October 6, just before the latest wave of AI stock selloffs. The listing landed in the worst possible market: the KOSPI fell more than 2% that day, and chip stocks were broadly weaker. More troubling is the outlook for its peers: Australian Nvidia-backed Firmus just withdrew its $5 billion IPO plan, while Blackstone-backed AirTrunk’s Singapore REIT listing was also delayed. I don’t think the key issue is that demand for AI has disappeared. It’s that public markets are starting to scrutinize the numbers behind private-market valuations: after electricity, hardware replacement, interest, and construction costs, how much sustainable cash flow can these trillion-won AI infrastructure investments actually generate? The frenzy behind 408-times retail demand was met with a cold dose of reality on the very first day of trading. Do you think the valuation bubble in AI infrastructure is starting to deflate, or is this just a short-term overreaction? #ElicePlunges33%InKoreanIPODebut #AI基建 #IPO The above does not constitute investment advice.
